Mar 26 2023 - Mission:Brain Hackathon

The Mission:Brain Hackathon is an international competition bringing together students, doctors, and entrepreneurs interested in new innovations in neurosurgery. Our team was presented with a challenge - improving cranioplasty procedures in low resource environments. In only 48 hours, we generated a solution and pitch deck for a “Lego” style cranioplasy technique we called Skullpt. The judges enjoyed our solution and awarded us a $3000 2nd place price for our innovation. We hope to continue improving Skullpt by eventually gaining IP protection over the technique.
